There are countless re-imaginings of Peter Pan through the art of film, animation, music, and theater. Many are extremely touching and beautiful, in their approach to capturing the essence of Peter Pan. The following are a few that I enjoy and think you will too. Beware! Some of these are tearjerkers.
In J.M. Barrie's masterpiece, Peter Pan eventually forgets about Wendy Darling and does not return for her each Spring as he promised. Wendy grows up and when Peter finally remembers to return for her, he was extremely angry and disappointed that she matured. This detail is one of the sadder moments from the story of Peter Pan. However, Disney's Return to Neverland re-imagined this ending to Peter and Wendy in a more enduring manner.
J.M. Barrie's Peter Pan have inspired countless art forms, photography, and various designs over the last century. The following are some really interesting images for you to browse through. Included are PSA's, photographs, wallpapers, posters, and more!
